I'm back!

Hello everyone,
So much time has passed since the last time I wrote in this blog. I'm really sorry for that, but I've been through a lot of things, from good times to really bad times. I don't really know what to write right now, I just felt I had to, so don't be angry if this post is boring, ahahah!
Oh yeah, I could talk about Jiro's comeback! As I wrote on my website, Jiro ended up releasing a new solo album! It's called "Reverb" and it was released just yesterday. The previews of the songs uploaded on Youtube by Issei sound really awesome so I'm sure he made a good job. I couldn't buy the album yet, since it would be a lot of money for me (I still remember when I bought the Slam Dunk Illustration Book and it was REALLY a lot of money), but I hope one day I'll be able to get it. For now I'll follow everything they do, writing in my website to make know all the fans about the latest news!
What else could I talk about? Mmh... yesterday, after three years of waiting, some volumes of the manga Slam Dunk that was edited by and Italian publisher (D/Visual) have finally been released! We all thought the so called "perfect edition" was going to be discontinued and we were all afraid that we just lost money. But now there are only four volumes left and I think that also these ones will be released soon so that the collection will be completed!
For now this is my collection:

I also have the special book "Ten days after", but since it's very big, I keep it in a special folder of the same size to prevent it from ruin it. My Illustration Book is in an envelope for the same reason, ahahah!
Well, then... what else? I hope I will be able to write again very soon!
Bye!

Pack from Japan arrived! (3)

Hello everybody! ☆
I'm finally back after almost three months! I'm very sorry for not having updated my blog recently, but school is getting very difficoult (I've started the fourth year of High School, the second-last one! So next year I will probably be even more busy because I'll have to prepare the final exams!) and I haven't got much free time.
Do you know? I haven't been listening to WANDS since the last days of August! I know, it sounds impossible but it's true, I don't even have time to listen to music! When I have some free time I'd rather stay with my best friend, drawing or just relax in bed, ahahah!
Anyway, about two months ago my Japanese friend Komarin sent me another pack with lots of beautiful things! Of course she also sent me a special surprise of WANDS! Yes, you know what? Well, just look at the photos!

Yes, it's the 15th volume of WANDER-LAND, the official magazine of the fanclub! ❤ And... did you see the autographs? Waaa, I just love this! ~ ❤ Now I just have to find someone who can translate all these things... I'm so curious! I remember I was almost dying when I saw it! Ahahah!
I don't really undestand what is the last paper about, maybe it's just a newsletter.
Then, other things I can show you of all the things that my friend sent me?... Oh, yes, she also sent me a double poster of T.M.Revolution! So beautiful! ❤ Of course I immediately hung it on the wall of my bedroom! Can you guess what is the side I've chosen?

Yes, of course the first one! But the choice was very difficoult because I loved both sides! Maybe I've chosen the first one because it's a close-up to Takanori's face! Ahahah!

Well, I think that it's enough for today... I've shown you Komarin's last gifts about WANDS and T.M.Revolution (but she sent me lots of other things too! She's so kind! ❤)
I'll make sure to come back soon because I want to write lots of other things here. I hope you enjoyed this new post full of WANDSISH things!
See you soon! ☆

Show Wesugi - Tomo Yo

Tomo yo yoake mae no, yami no naka de
Tomo yo tatakai no, honou wo moyase
Yoake wa chikai, yoake wa chikai
Tomo yo kono yami no, mukou ni wa
Tomo yo kagayaku, ashita ga aru

Tomo yo kimi no namida, kimi no ase ga
Tomo yo muku wa reru, sono hi ga kuru
Yoake wa chikai, yoake wa chikai
Tomo yo kono yami no, mukou ni wa
Tomo yo kagayaku, ashita ga aru

(Romaji by TRamp94)

This is a cover song of Show Wesugi's that came out some days ago on pojjorecord Youtube channel.
The song is originally written by Nobuyasu Okabayashi, and it seems that Show Wesugi wanted to sing and dedicate it to all the Japanese people affected by the earthquake of March 11th.
It has a beautiful meaning, it wants to express strength and trust because "The sunrise is near".
Show really has got a beautiful heart.

Issei Sugimoto - With My Best Wishes

...With all my surprise, someone uploaded this wonderful song written by Issei Ambo (Issei Sugimoto) which is also one of my favourite songs since 2009. Since that night (yes, it was a night of January I think) it became my favourite piece of music played entirely with guitars.
It was published in 1997 in a compilation album called "Guitar Monster Vol.2"
It's difficult to write about how it felt the first time I heard it, but it was surely a shock: I didn't expect such a WONDERFUL song from Issei. But, don't misunderstand: I don't want to say that Issei isn't able to write songs like these; I meant that I couldn't believe in my ears that someone could create such perfect music.
I've never been able to express in words the beauty of this melody and the feelings that aroused in my heart, but this time I want to try my best to do it.
The first time I heard it I felt like my heart could burst, and this "pain" gave me the feeling that I could cry (and that's what I did). It was like a concentration of various good feelings that a body can't actually sustain. At the same time it gave me the feeling of nostalgia, and I strangely could see in my mind the picture of Issei playing that song while sitting on a sofa and smiling to his guitar. I know, it seems a bit strange but this is what it felt like.
I remember that Issei uploaded some photos of his copy of the compilation album some months ago... Let's see if I can still find them [...] Yes! Found them! HEREHERE ! Wonderful ❤
Ah! Another thing! He played "With My Best Wishes" at his live session on March 28th 2011 (Yes, the one with Jiro): you can't even imagine how much I was envious of all the people who were there listening to his live performance! (And yes, of course I was envious for Jiro Waku's performance above all!)
Well, here I've finished. I hope you'll like this song and, if you are a fan of the 3rd Period of WANDS, you'll understand my feelings and you will maybe prove them too!
See ya ☆

Inoue Takehiko Illustrations

So, here it is what I wanted to show you. You already know that I'm a big fan of Slam Dunk... and yes, I still didn't own the Illustration Book. Why? Because I was looking for the Italian edition before going to buy it online from Japan. I've been looking for it for about 4 years but I couldn't find it anywhere. So, last month I decided to ask my mum to buy it for me as a present for the end of the school year and she said "yes", so I started to look for information for the payment on Amazon.jp. Everything went well and I received it at the end of the month of June, 6-7 days after the order. The Japanese edition is cheaper that the Italian edition, plus... IT'S BETTER! The only thing that was expensive was the shipping costs... but... it was worth it. Now I feel completed!!! Ahahah! How much I've been looking for it... I deserved to have the Japanese edition!!! *smells the Japanese paper* It smells of Japan!!! (???) xD

Pack from Japan arrived! (2)

Hello guys!
Today I'm back with a new blog post that I should have written some days ago... but I have to feel in a good mood to write on the blog so, sorry!
Anyway, like the title of the post says, my friend Komarin sent me another pack (Yes, she's so kind with me!!!) and it arrived after about one month. (She sent it on May 23rd and it arrived on June 22nd)
This time too, she sent me a very nice newsletter of the 3rd period of WANDS that she didn't like! But for me it's a precious good of the fanclub! (Happy me! ~ ♥ ) And of course she sent me also a lot of beautiful things, I'm so moved! ~ ♥
So, here the photos:

The official envelope with still the logo of the 2nd period ^^" I suppose it is one of the first newsletters of the 3rd Period

This is the newsletter! It seems to be a presentation of the new band's composition: in fact, on the right there are (probably) the biography of each members and on the left there is (again, probably) a letter written by Shinya Kimura, maybe to let all the fans know about the changes into the band.

I think I will ask my father's colleague's wife who is Japanese to translate the two newsletters... I hope she will accept because those two newsletters could be useful for me to understand more things about the 3rd Period which still has, unfortunately, many mysteries for me.
If I'll be able to have the translations I'll surely write them here in the blog.

Anyway, I have another thing to talk you about, but today is already too late, so I'll write about it another day, ok?
Now I want to say thank angain my friend Komarin! Thank you!!!
Bye!

Byakuyakou (白夜行)

(Kou Shibasaki - Kage)

Between these last two days I've been watching this wonderful Japanese Drama: Byakuyakou. It seems that this drama had had success, so they made two films: one is Japanese, the other is Korean.
Well, I chose the drama because a Youtube channel I follow, started to upload the first episode (which is the prologue). I've been impressed by it and I decided to look for the subtitled episodes.
I really liked this drama, it was very deep and left me very sad, at the end. The two main characters, Ryoji and Yukiho are extremely beautiful, I've been impressed by the two actors, Takayuki Yamada (Ryoji) and Haruka Ayase (Yukiho), because they've been able to get into the characters and to act perfectly... well, they didn't seem to be acting... they really seem to be them.
I particularly loved Ryoji, that sweet boy whose the only sun is Yukiho. He changes over the time and becomes more and more cool, strong but in the same time he becomes sensitive and he starts to pine inside of himself.
The soundtracks were also beautiful, especially the ending song, which is perfect to represent the sadness of this drama.
If you haven't seen this drama yet, do it, it worth it.

Just follow your Imagination

I've always believed that, when you make a dream (or a nightmare), this is caused by many thoughts and experiences you've done in a certain period of your life which, for many reasons, have reappeared in your mind.
These are, mostly, very beautiful (or terrible) experiences that changed you someway.
In the same way, there is another part of yourself which makes "dreams without sleeping": this is your Imagination.
In my opinion, when you follow your imagination and you make fantasies of your desires, you're already dreaming. You have the full control on what you're thinking about (in real dreams this is impossible) and you are able, maybe, to do the best dreams. Because everyone knows that dreaming is for free: you don't have to pay anything.
I usually follow my imagination everyday, making daydreams almost in every hour of my life. I'm maybe an exaggerated dreamer, but I think that without them, I wouldn't live.
I follow my imagination while drawing, listening to music, watching a film, playing a videogame, writing or maybe just while having a shower.
But my imagination reaches the peak when I draw: I'm not so good at drawing, I know, but I don't care: this is what I like doing the most and this is the most important thing. Then, while writing a novel, or maybe a poem or just a fanfiction... why not? These are the most beautiful moment for my mind and soul, because I can feel I can do everything I want.
You know? Imagination is a good company for lonely people, it's a hope for hopeless people...
Just try.

Pack from Japan arrived!

Hello everyone!
Today has been a beautiful day: a pack from Japan I was waiting for is finally arrived!
My Japanese friend Komarin sent me some official goods of the WANDS fanclub "WANDER-LAND" that she didn't like. Here the photos:

This was the envelope (the official envelope!) in which I found the goods.

This is a photo which is also a sticker! Of course I'll never use it! I'll store it as it is! It's a very cool photo because it has silver reflex! Wonderful!

This is the bulletin inside.

This is the second page: I love the WANDS logo...

This is the inside! I wish I could read this, ahahah!

Anyway, Thank you very much, my friend! You've sent me lots of beautiful presents! I'll always keep them!

Jiro Waku came back

It's a long time I don't write here due to school and other... Anyway today I'm back after about one month to talk about something that happened and made me the happiest person in this world.
As a WANDS fan knows, Jiro Waku, the second vocalist of the band that took Show's place in the third period, had left the music world since a long time.
But, on March 28th he made his return at Issei Ambo (Issei Sugimoto)'s live session.
Issei said that there would have been a secret guest vocalist but maybe not all espected it. I admit I had always believed it was him but I didn't express any opinion about it because I was afraid to know that it wasn't him and then be disappointed.
Many photo have been posted on Issei's blog and this video has been uploaded and I finally could hear Jiro's voice live.
When I recognize that in this photo there was him I started to cry out in joy because my dream came true. Then, the other photos on Issei's blog were fantastic, and Jiro looked so cool!
The thing that surprised me is the piece of song that Jiro sang in the video which says these words:
"Boku ga boku de aru tame ni kachitsuzukenakya naranai
It means:
"I have to keep winning so I can be myself"
I don't know if it's only a coincidence but it suits perfectly with him.
It made me think about his situation: he has to win all the difficulties of the music world but at the end he will be able to be himself: a singer.
Doesn't it suit perfectly to him? Well, I hope it can be like this, I really hope that.
Jiro, I'll wait for you.

B'z - PRAY

For Lyrics and translation click here

Expressing all my words of regret for Japan, I feel that I have to do something for them, for that country I've always love and respect for the beauty of the cities and the wonderful people who live there.
I'm not one of those people who express sad feelings to others, but this time the feelings where too much strong to repress them inside of me. As I'm a sensitive girl, the images of a destroy country and suffering people made me cry and wanted to help someway. Of course I couldn't do anything of big, but in my little possibilities I wanted to support them.
So, I started to look for information, and, of course, to pray. Even if I said that I don't express feelings to others, I started to show to every people around me that I'm following, with all my soul, a cause. As a matter or fact I put on my Twitter avatar the twibbon "PRAY FOR JAPAN", I put on my school back-pack a piece of cloth with the same sentence and I created a bracelet with "JAPAN" written on it.

I know, all these things don't give them any material help but I wanted to show all my moral support because this is one of the only things I can do.
Second, I've found the number of SMS to donate via cellphone at the Italian Red Cross which is supposed to give all the money raised to Japan. I still have to send the SMS but I will surely do it.
Finally I want to dedicate this B'z song to all the Japanese people. I find it very beautiful in the meaning and the perfect part for this situation is:

"We're connected together over this one vast land
What kind of tears, what kind of joyful voices
If you prick up your ears, than maybe you could hear them
Even today, somewhere, someone is praying for someone else's sake"

I'm one of those people who is praying for you, Japan! Be strong!

Yes, I came back to the 80s! I fell in love with this song some weeks ago (maybe a month ago) when a Youtube account that I follow uploaded the 2010 version of this song (HERE) I thought it was a modern song, but when they said that it's from 1984 I couldn't believe it! It's wonderful!
Now I use to listen to it about twice a day! I love the video too, it's typical of the 80s because of the pinball, which was one of the symbols of those years! I love it, I love it, I love it!

My Favourite Manga Characters

Ok! Let's talk about something different this time! I wanted to talk about my three favourite manga characters which are also related to something about me or about my life. So, let's start!
My favourite characters of all the time is Hanamichi Sakuragi from Slam Dunk:

Hanamichi Sakuragi was my first love! I remember I was about 7-8 years old when I first saw Slam Dunk: I fell in love with him at first sight! Well, I know he doesn't exist, but I hope I find a guy like him in the future! I'm still looking for a very tall guy  (1.88 metres tall)!

The second-favourite character is Nana from the homonymous manga:

Why I like her so much? Well, I feel a bit like her: I look like a girl with a strong pesonality, but inside I'm very sensitive and fragile. I'm also sweet and romantic... just like Nana!

The third-favourite character, but not for this reason it isn't as important as the others, is Takuto Iwai from Gakuen Heaven:

Why I like this sad guy? It's obvious: I like his sadness. Just look at his eyes and you will feel a strange love increasing inside of you. Then, I love the fact that he is a painter who is very humble about his skills as an artist. I feel a bit like him just for the same reasons that I feel like Nana plus that Takuto has those sad eyes and that pale complexion... just like me...

So... these were my three favourite manga characters!
See you soon!

(Romaji by TRamp94)

I've known this song since I started to search for Issei's works. This should be his first work dating back to 2005.
I've loved it since the first time I've heard it! It's very energetic and encouraging in being strong.
Of course the first thing to notice in the PV is Issei's presence with his Blacky ~ ♥
I can also notice that there is CANDY, the singer of Issei's previous bands "CANDYMAN" and "flow-war", who is playing the guitar on Issei's left.
I loved this song so much that I've been working on the lyrics yesterday! I hope I've written them well!
See you! ~ ♥

abingdon boys school - Shounen

Lately I've been able to know about the existence of this song.
It came out on February 9th on a tribute album for Kuroyume called "FUCK THE BORDER LINE".
I've heard this song on a video of Inazuma Rock Fes but I've never thought that the band could record it... I thought it was only a live.
Do I have to be honest? Well, I don't like it very much. I think the sound isn't suitable to abs.
But anyway, it's only a cover song and it's only on a tribute album (I hope they will not put it in the next album they will make...).
Of course Hiroshi will keep on writing the music for abs in his style that has been always loved by the fans... Am I right, Hiroshi?

(Romaji by TRamp94 for Stay WANDS!)

This morning I've been working on the lyrics of this song. It wasn't difficult and it didn't took me much time.
I like this song very much but it would be nice if someone translate it...
This is one of those WANDS songs which no one has translated yet, but I'm sure it would be beautiful like the others.

(Romaji by TRamp94)

I fell in love with this song when I litened to it for the first time some months ago. Unfortunately I've only been able to make the Romaji of this wonderful song. I hope someone will translate it...
Lately I've been really closed to Show's music, I feel like I have something to do for him, and this thing is listen to his music forever. I've never been so devoted to him before, but I'm happy.
Waiting for his new allbum is really hard, and I hope one day I'll be able to buy all his CDs...
For now I can only support you, Show... But I'll do my best to support you with all my possibilities.

My WANDS possessions

Ok, let's talk about it.
Unfortunately I don't have all their discography and goods... but I have an album and a poster.
The album that I own is AWAKE and I've owned it since December 22nd.
The poster that I have is an enlarging of the cover of the single "Ashita Moshi Kimi Ga Kowaretemo" and I've owned it since December 14th.
They're both Christmas present from my dad (the album) and from my mum (the poster).
My dad bought the album on Amazon.jp when the page said that the album was "In stock". Of course I didn't waste time and I said to my dad that I wanted that cd for Christmas.
My mum and I went to the photographer's shop in my city some weeks before to talk about the size and the frame for it and at the end we decided for a 80cm of height.
As you can see, I am a big fan of the 3rd period of WANDS... but in any case I know well all the 3 periods and I'm a fan of every single member.
I'm planning to buy all the discography (or at least all the albums), in the future, when I have the possibility. You know, here in Italy the Japanese music isn't sold, so we have to buy it on the Internet...
For now, I can only have this two things about them.
I'm going to post some photos here:

First Post!

Hello everyone!
I'm glad to introduce you my new blog (after Wordpress and Livejournal)!
I decided to change because I didn't like Wordpress, and, above all, I didn't like Livejournal.
I have opened this blog especially for one reason: I would like to talk about my esperiences with WANDS, here.
I have a WANDS fansite too, It's called "Stay WANDS!", just like this blog... and you can find it here:
Anyway I have meny others interests, I'm not only interested in WANDS!
Well, I'll talk about it later, in the next posts!
For now I've finished!
See ya!
