I'm back!

Hello everyone,
So much time has passed since the last time I wrote in this blog. I'm really sorry for that, but I've been through a lot of things, from good times to really bad times. I don't really know what to write right now, I just felt I had to, so don't be angry if this post is boring, ahahah!
Oh yeah, I could talk about Jiro's comeback! As I wrote on my website, Jiro ended up releasing a new solo album! It's called "Reverb" and it was released just yesterday. The previews of the songs uploaded on Youtube by Issei sound really awesome so I'm sure he made a good job. I couldn't buy the album yet, since it would be a lot of money for me (I still remember when I bought the Slam Dunk Illustration Book and it was REALLY a lot of money), but I hope one day I'll be able to get it. For now I'll follow everything they do, writing in my website to make know all the fans about the latest news!
What else could I talk about? Mmh... yesterday, after three years of waiting, some volumes of the manga Slam Dunk that was edited by and Italian publisher (D/Visual) have finally been released! We all thought the so called "perfect edition" was going to be discontinued and we were all afraid that we just lost money. But now there are only four volumes left and I think that also these ones will be released soon so that the collection will be completed!
For now this is my collection:

I also have the special book "Ten days after", but since it's very big, I keep it in a special folder of the same size to prevent it from ruin it. My Illustration Book is in an envelope for the same reason, ahahah!
Well, then... what else? I hope I will be able to write again very soon!
Bye!

Pack from Japan arrived! (3)

Hello everybody! ☆
I'm finally back after almost three months! I'm very sorry for not having updated my blog recently, but school is getting very difficoult (I've started the fourth year of High School, the second-last one! So next year I will probably be even more busy because I'll have to prepare the final exams!) and I haven't got much free time.
Do you know? I haven't been listening to WANDS since the last days of August! I know, it sounds impossible but it's true, I don't even have time to listen to music! When I have some free time I'd rather stay with my best friend, drawing or just relax in bed, ahahah!
Anyway, about two months ago my Japanese friend Komarin sent me another pack with lots of beautiful things! Of course she also sent me a special surprise of WANDS! Yes, you know what? Well, just look at the photos!

Yes, it's the 15th volume of WANDER-LAND, the official magazine of the fanclub! ❤ And... did you see the autographs? Waaa, I just love this! ~ ❤ Now I just have to find someone who can translate all these things... I'm so curious! I remember I was almost dying when I saw it! Ahahah!
I don't really undestand what is the last paper about, maybe it's just a newsletter.
Then, other things I can show you of all the things that my friend sent me?... Oh, yes, she also sent me a double poster of T.M.Revolution! So beautiful! ❤ Of course I immediately hung it on the wall of my bedroom! Can you guess what is the side I've chosen?

Yes, of course the first one! But the choice was very difficoult because I loved both sides! Maybe I've chosen the first one because it's a close-up to Takanori's face! Ahahah!

Well, I think that it's enough for today... I've shown you Komarin's last gifts about WANDS and T.M.Revolution (but she sent me lots of other things too! She's so kind! ❤)
I'll make sure to come back soon because I want to write lots of other things here. I hope you enjoyed this new post full of WANDSISH things!
See you soon! ☆

Show Wesugi - Tomo Yo

Tomo yo yoake mae no, yami no naka de
Tomo yo tatakai no, honou wo moyase
Yoake wa chikai, yoake wa chikai
Tomo yo kono yami no, mukou ni wa
Tomo yo kagayaku, ashita ga aru

Tomo yo kimi no namida, kimi no ase ga
Tomo yo muku wa reru, sono hi ga kuru
Yoake wa chikai, yoake wa chikai
Tomo yo kono yami no, mukou ni wa
Tomo yo kagayaku, ashita ga aru

(Romaji by TRamp94)

This is a cover song of Show Wesugi's that came out some days ago on pojjorecord Youtube channel.
The song is originally written by Nobuyasu Okabayashi, and it seems that Show Wesugi wanted to sing and dedicate it to all the Japanese people affected by the earthquake of March 11th.
It has a beautiful meaning, it wants to express strength and trust because "The sunrise is near".
Show really has got a beautiful heart.

Issei Sugimoto - With My Best Wishes

...With all my surprise, someone uploaded this wonderful song written by Issei Ambo (Issei Sugimoto) which is also one of my favourite songs since 2009. Since that night (yes, it was a night of January I think) it became my favourite piece of music played entirely with guitars.
It was published in 1997 in a compilation album called "Guitar Monster Vol.2"
It's difficult to write about how it felt the first time I heard it, but it was surely a shock: I didn't expect such a WONDERFUL song from Issei. But, don't misunderstand: I don't want to say that Issei isn't able to write songs like these; I meant that I couldn't believe in my ears that someone could create such perfect music.
I've never been able to express in words the beauty of this melody and the feelings that aroused in my heart, but this time I want to try my best to do it.
The first time I heard it I felt like my heart could burst, and this "pain" gave me the feeling that I could cry (and that's what I did). It was like a concentration of various good feelings that a body can't actually sustain. At the same time it gave me the feeling of nostalgia, and I strangely could see in my mind the picture of Issei playing that song while sitting on a sofa and smiling to his guitar. I know, it seems a bit strange but this is what it felt like.
I remember that Issei uploaded some photos of his copy of the compilation album some months ago... Let's see if I can still find them [...] Yes! Found them! HEREHERE ! Wonderful ❤
Ah! Another thing! He played "With My Best Wishes" at his live session on March 28th 2011 (Yes, the one with Jiro): you can't even imagine how much I was envious of all the people who were there listening to his live performance! (And yes, of course I was envious for Jiro Waku's performance above all!)
Well, here I've finished. I hope you'll like this song and, if you are a fan of the 3rd Period of WANDS, you'll understand my feelings and you will maybe prove them too!
See ya ☆
